Terms & EULA
Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement.
These terms govern the painting services we provide and the customer-facing web tools we operate at whitmorepainting.ca. By requesting a quote, booking work, or using our tools you agree to them. Effective date: July 10, 2026.
Who we are
Whitmore Painting is an operating name of a registered Ontario corporation (ANCIR Inc.), providing premium residential and new-construction painting services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Services terms
Written estimates we provide are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. Work is performed according to the written estimate and any signed change orders; anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
A deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates and is applied to the final invoice. Payment terms are shown on the invoice. HST applies to all services at the prevailing Ontario rate.
Software & end-user license
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our customer-facing web tools — including the instant estimate tool, estimate review links, and the online booking calendar — as well as the Whitmore Estimates application, for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a project you're considering with us.
You agree not to scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with these tools, and not to use them to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. The tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Integrations & data
Our systems integrate with third-party services to run the business, including Intuit QuickBooks Online (for invoicing and payments) and our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Data shared with these services is limited to what is needed to prepare estimates, issue invoices, and receive payments. See our Privacy page for more detail on what we collect and how it's handled.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or web tools is limited to the amounts you have paid to us for the specific services at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
